• Strictly redeemable online only. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in-store.
• Your unique voucher code will be sent to the email address used to place your order. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received it.
• The voucher may be transferred to another person by forwarding the voucher email. However, each unique voucher code can only be used once.
• Customers must complete the redemption themselves on our website. Our staff can provide guidance but cannot complete the redemption on your behalf.
• Each voucher code is valid for 1 × cheesecake in the flavour selected at the time of purchase. Changes to the selected flavour are not permitted once your order is confirmed.
• Cheesecake availability is subject to stock availability at the time of redemption. Delivery and collection dates, time slots and locations are subject to availability. If your preferred option cannot be selected at checkout, it is fully booked. Please choose an available alternative.
• All orders placed during the promotional period are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods or services. Any cancellation requests will be reviewed by management, whose decision is final.
• The unique voucher code cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers or privileges.
