Well-trained in classic and modern pastry techniques, Chef Daniel Tay is a renowned pastry chef in Singapore who possesses a passion for baking and a deep understanding of ingredients and techniques. He has won numerous awards including the prestigious World Gourmet Summit Pastry Chef of the Year award in 2006. Chef Daniel Tay also worked with the phenomenal gourmet food retailer, Fauchon of Paris, and as a pastry chef at the well-known French restaurant, Les Amis.
With over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Daniel Tay combines classic French pastry techniques with contemporary flavors to create his own signature style that sets him apart from others in the industry. With a desire to create edible masterpieces that leave a lasting impression, Chef Daniel Tay is the creative genius behind Cat & the Fiddle.
