How do i use my welcome vouchers?
1. Using Website Widget
• Log in: Click the login button at the top right of the webpage.
• Access the Widget: Once logged in, click the widget icon located at the bottom left of the page.
• First-Time Users: You’ll need to fill in your personal details (e.g., birthday) under My Account > More > Personal Details to enable voucher use.
• Claim Your Voucher: Go to Rewards > Discover and claim the voucher you want to use. Once claimed, the discount code will be generated for your online purchase.
• Expiry: The discount code will be valid for 1 year from the claim date.
2. Using Loyalty Program Webpage
• Log in: Visit [link] and log in with your email.You can either: (a) Request a 6-digit OTP sent to your email, or (b) Set a password for easier login in the future.
• Claim Your Voucher: Navigate to Rewards > Discover and claim the voucher you wish to use. Once claimed, a discount code will be generated for your online purchase.
• Expiry: The discount code is valid for 1 year from the date of claim.
3. In-Store Purchases
• Provide Your Mobile Number or Email: Simply share the mobile number/Email you registered with when you visit any Cat & the Fiddle store.
• Ask for Assistance: The staff can check which vouchers are available in your account.

3. Unclaimed Vouchers: If you've claimed a voucher but haven't used it, you can find it under My Rewards and retrieve the discount code.
4. Voucher Expiry: Claimed vouchers will expire 1 year from the claim date unless otherwise stated in the voucher’s terms and conditions. Please note that certain vouchers may have shorter validity periods. Kindly refer to the respective voucher Terms & Conditions for the applicable validity and redemption details.
5. One Use Per Offer: Each offer of the Welcome Vouchers is redeemable only once, either online or in-store, but not both. Once redeemed, the corresponding welcome voucher will be marked as redeemed.
6. Points Redemption: Once you are logged into your account, points will automatically be issued to your account based on your membership tier.
7. Outlet-Specific Vouchers: Some vouchers are only valid for redemption at certain outlets. Please refer to the voucher terms for location-specific details.
