Thaw in the chiller (<4°C) for 4-6 hours, depending on your preferred texture, and serve chilled.

i reckon taste wise, it is similar to the strawberry. I like the creamy cheesiness but that's that I reckon! so I'll rank it on a similar with the strawberry. It's a bit sweet.

We didn't even use all the sprinkles (like 1 teaspoon) but we basically had to scrape off all the non-cake parts (cream cheese/cream, etc). Cake part itself was very sweet as well and did nothing to balance out the cream cheese. Which was more like frosting than cream cheese. Also, it's not at all a cheesecake.

I like the red velvet cheesecake because of the sprinkles.

First time buying Red Velvet but found it too sweet. Don’t know if it’s because of the rainbow sprinkles. I only put on 1/5 packet of the sprinkles only.
