Thaw in the chiller (<4°C) for 7-9 hours, depending on your preferred texture, and serve chilled.

I had a wonderful experience with Cat & The Fiddle! The cheesecake was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, with a smooth texture that melted in the mouth. The ingredients tasted fresh and premium, and every bite was satisfying. The ordering process was easy, with the new branch at Tampines makes collection much easier. It’s a great dessert for celebrations or simply to treat yourself. I’ll definitely be ordering again and look forward to trying more flavours. Highly recommended!
I haven't received this cake yet but the previous cake that I bought which is lychee cheesecake is flavorfully and have fine bite and cheating texture. So I have no doubt that this cake that I will receive on the 24th is no exception. It's greatly recommended. Kudos to Cat And The Fiddle..
Rich and creamy
I ordered the cake to try out and reordered again the 2nd week. Was really sumptuous, and if anyone not tried it, this is highly recommended by me. Friends all gave positive feedback, I deliberately not let friends know the brand… And after tasting, brand is revealed and it is a WOW!
We really enjoyed this moment with all your variety of cheese 🧀, especially the Burned Cheese 🧀 that all my family love it so much. Thank you for having this yearly event. Keep it up.
