Our cheesecakes are blast frozen to maintain their quality and freshness. Please thaw before consuming.
Thaw in the chiller (<4°C) for 4-6 hours, depending on your preferred texture, and serve chilled.
Consume within 2 days of thawing.
Cream Cheese (milk and cream, milk solid, salt, E410 and/or E412, lactic acid culture), Icing Sugar (sugar, corn flour), Butter (milk, cream), Red Velvet Sponge Mix (sugar, wheat flour, E1414, E466, E412, enzyme, milk protein, tapioca starch, cocoa powder, vegetable oil (palm based), salt, beet root), Egg, Vegetable Oil, Lemon Puree, Sugar, Fish Gelatine (fish skin), Vanilla Flavour [nature identical flavouring substances, E1520, invert sugar syrup, E150(a)]
First time ordering the red velvet. It looks very pretty however, it is too sweet.. These days, people prefer less sugar, so it is better ifyou can adjust the sweetness down by 30-40% & you likely get more orders. Also,, I feel the cheese portion is too fluffy and therefore don't have full cheesy taste.
Bought the cake for senior's birthday, too sweet though we like the velvetly moist cake in between the cream cheese. Perfect if reduce the sweetness maybe by 30%.
The cake is pretty and the birthday topper is cute, but it is a bit too sweet.
Cake is nice & creamy but didn't (still don't) know what happened to your Service Support staff? I had something urgent to contact you throughout 26 Nov & 27 Nov 2025. Kindly note that if clients choose to contact you, it is not that they have nothing to do but that they really need your solution. Here is what happened during those 2 days as I patiently tried:
1. Called [****] at least 27 times through my land line & 2 mobile phones but nobody answered.
2. Emailed to your offical email "[****]" which you used to confirm my order but no reply.
3. Tapped into your "Help? Leave us a message" web page to leave my message but still no avail. 4. Clicked into your "CONTACT US Get in touch with CAT" web page to leave my message but again no response. 5. Called your Mobile Collection contact number [****] for the whole afternoon on the "day of collection" but only a man only answered it at 5:55 pm when the cakes are due for collection at 7 pm.
After all, shall we ask ourselves whether clients/ sponsors should be punished like this? By the way, for friends who commented in their reviews "the cake was too sweet", I suggest that they don't use all the "colourful sprinkels".
