Thaw in the chiller (<4°C) for 5-7 hours, depending on your preferred texture, and serve chilled.

But I put the wrong date. Called the outlet, A malay girl WaWa from Westgate helped me changed the dates and I got what I ordered.
I was unable to collect the cake due to last minute commitment and I wrote in to customer service requesting to arrange for next day collection. The response from them was prompt and the arrangement went smoothly. Good job customer service! My family like the cheese cake!
Just tried the Blissful Blueberry Cheesecake from Cake & The Fiddle and it totally lives up to its name 💙
The cheesecake itself is incredibly smooth and creamy without being too heavy, and the texture is just right—firm enough to hold its shape but still melts in your mouth. The blueberry topping adds a nice tangy contrast that cuts through the richness, giving it a well-balanced flavour overall.
The crust is light and slightly buttery, complementing the filling without overpowering it. Every bite feels indulgent but not jelak, which makes it easy to keep going back for more 😅
