Logcakes, also known as bûche de Noël, were first created in France in the 19th century to represent the logs that families burned to keep them warm on Christmas eve. Today, the tradition of serving log cakes during the festive period is enjoyed around the globe and the best chefs keep it novel by creating the most beautiful and delectable variants. This year, Cat & the Fiddle’s (C&F) array of decadent cheese-based logcakes keep up the wonderful tradition in celebration of the year end festivities. Let's take a look at what you can expect!
