If Ice Kacang in a cheesecake sounds like the perfect dessert, you’re in luck. Cat & the Fiddle has launched a brand new limited edition Ice Kacang Cheesecake, just for National Day. This nostalgic treat features luscious red bean gula melaka cheese mousse layered with pandan jelly cubes and sweet corn jelly. Inside, a soft rose-infused sponge centre surprises with a delicate floral touch. Topped with smooth red bean and red and white chantilly cream, it’s a delightfully chill (and uniquely Singaporean!) way to savour the season.

Available now at $48.90 for a whole cake and $6.90 per slice, at Cat & the Fiddle outlets and online.
