Thaw in the chiller (<4°C) for 4-6 hours, depending on your preferred texture, and serve chilled.

Always love cat & the fiddle cheesecake. This strawberry cheesecake is not so sweet. A well balance of sweet and sour. Love it
We love the Cat & the Fiddle cheesecakes and have been buying from them for years. Light yet creamy, it's always proven to be a hit with family and friends! The strawberry cheesecake is one of their all time favourites!
Disappointed with the new version with unmatched mousse :(
Please bring back your original version.. simply a layer of strawberry jam and biscuit crust.
its so much sweeter than before, there isnt even any of the original cheesecake left. the cake looks smaller and the price is the same too. the only good thing about it is the base ahahahahaha
