Thaw in the chiller (<4°C) for 5-7 hours, depending on your preferred texture, and serve chilled.
Consume within 2 days of thawing.

Ordered this cake for my dad who loves durians for his Father's Day celebrations this year! It was such a delicious cake which looked so good! We love how the cake was so multi-layered and how the different textures of each layer all blended so well together. The topmost sponge cake layer really topped off the cake so well, and looked and tasted amazing.
My dad typically doesn't enjoy durian-flavoured sweet treats as much as the actual durian fruit itself, but this one was different and we all loved it. Would definitely recommended for all durian lovers and celebrations - a must try for sure :-)
Not too creamy, not too sweet, just the perfect amount to compliment each other. Bought twice and still craving for more!!!
This was soooo good as an introduction to durian cakes. Not a super huge fan of durians but this tasted SO good, the filling tasted like ice-cream. My entire family devoured this!

This cake is definitely delicious, but do not expect it to have a very strong punch of durian flavour as it is still a cheesecake. Still worth the buy.
