Thaw in the chiller (<4°C) for 6-8 hours, depending on your preferred texture, and serve chilled.

The cake was a decadent delight. The creamy texture of the cheesecake was perfectly complemented by the dark chocolate. Each bite was pure indulgence. My m-i-l who's not really a fan of chocolate cakes loved it. : )
Dark chocolate, followed by creamy dark chocolate cheesecake to satisfy those who love the dark chocolate taste. Love the quality of the chocolate used. Slightly bitter at first, then the creamy and sweet hits your tongue. Nicely balanced sweet and bitter taste. Best chocolate cake I've had in a while.
I LOVE IT!!!!!! Very rich cake! Was blown away by how it tasted so much more like a rich chocolate cake, I did not know it was a cheesecake until I saw "Cat & the Fiddle" on the box (like the other reviewer)! As a chocolate lover, I was so impressed by my first eating at a company event, that I immediately placed an order for my own birthday a few days later, to let my family try!! They were very impressed as well!
