Yes, Cat & the Fiddle proudly announces that all our products are certified Halal by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapore (MUIS).
This means that:
• Our cheesecakes and pastries do not contain any pork or lard
• They are free from all forms of alcohol
• They are safe for consumption by all age groups, including young children
Our cheesecakes and pastries contain gluten, eggs and dairy products, so they are not suitable for those suffering from intolerance or allergies to these particular foods.
Please be aware that all our products are produced in the facility that also processes peanuts, soy and treenuts. For more dietary information, please refer to the individual product for more detailed allergens advice.
All dairy (i.e. milk, cream, and cream cheese) and egg ingredients used are pasteurized, and the cream cheese is free from rennet.
Currently, all our cheesecakes and pastries are not gluten-free or dairy-free (because butter and cream are our love language).
Our macarons are naturally gluten-free.

We freshly bake our gourmet cheesecakes in our cheesecake factory and then blast freeze them to lock in the rich flavors and textures we can’t wait for you to enjoy. Unlike a home freezer, our industrial blast freezers are designed to preserve the fine cell structure and moisture content of our cakes, maintaining their aroma and taste.
When our blast-frozen cheesecakes are thawed to the ideal temperature (~4 degrees Celsius), they retain the same characteristics as when they were first frozen—it's like time itself was paused!
While we understand the temptation to dig into our delicious cheesecakes right away, remember, the best things in life come to those who wait... (for our cakes to thaw).
Our cheesecakes are made with premium ingredients and, like all baked goods containing butter, heavy cream, and whole milk, they should be refrigerated and served chilled.
To maintain freshness:
1. Short-term storage: Keep in the chiller for up to 2 days.
2. Long-term storage: If refrigerated within one hour of delivery or collection, cakes can be frozen for up to 2 weeks. Wrap the box in two layers of cling wrap to form an airtight seal, or store the cake in an airtight container.
For the best experience, we recommend consuming the cheesecake within 48 hours of collection or delivery.
Please note that due to our blast freezing process, the final color and appearance of our cheesecakes may vary slightly from the chosen design. Rest assured, the taste and quality remain consistently delicious.
Our cakes come in three delightful varieties:
Fully Baked: These cheesecakes are baked entirely in the oven, resulting in a dense and rich texture.
Half Baked: These cheesecakes have some layers baked in the oven, offering a unique texture that’s a perfect balance between dense and light.
Non-Baked: These cheesecakes skip the oven entirely, resembling mousse cakes with a light and airy texture.
All our cheesecakes are ready to eat, and the only difference lies in their texture, offering something special for every palate.
Our cakes do not contain beef gelatin, but some flavors do contain fish gelatin. For detailed dietary information and allergen advice, please refer to the individual cake descriptions.
Candles: What's a birthday cake without candles... and we do have fun ones for you! There are candles that burn with coloured flames, number shaped candles that brings warmth to your loved ones and cute wing cherub candles to bring a little laughter to the table!
Cake Toppers: Make your cheesecake a showstopper with our delightful cake toppers! From elegant floral designs to classy black & gold, our toppers add the perfect finishing touch to any celebration. Whether you want to spell out a heartfelt message or crown your cake with a shimmering star, our cake topper collection brings joy, personality, and a touch of magic.
Every whole cake order comes with a complimentary Birthday Basic Kit, which includes candles, birthday toppers, a knife, and a set of 5 paper plates and sporks. For more customization, you can explore additional add-ons from our 'Gifts and Add-ons' section.

Artisanal Pastries
Eclairs & Tarts:
Store in the chiller (<4°C). They are best enjoyed on the day of purchase for optimal taste and texture.
Macarons:
Thaw in the chiller (<4°C) for 1-2 hours before serving. Once thawed, keep chilled (<4°C) for up to 3 days. Serve immediately after thawing for the best experience.
Cookies in Tin:
Our cookies are packed in a sealed foil in airtight tin to ensure freshness during delivery. The best before date (when unopened) is indicated on the pack. Once opened, store in the airtight tin and consume within 3 weeks.
Giant Cookie:
Store at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, keep in the freezer (<-18°C) for up to 2 weeks.
Our cookies are packed in a sealed foil in airtight tin to ensure freshness during delivery.

We do not recommend freezing éclairs, tarts, macarons or cookies in tin as it may affect their texture and taste.
Giant cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks and reheated before serving as follows:
• Microwave: 15-20 seconds
• Pre-heated oven: 5 minutes at 175 deg Celcius

Our website is designed to provide a seamless ordering experience, guiding users through the entire process to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided confirming the delivery method and the chosen timing. Please make sure to check your Spam or Junk Folder in your email if you have not received the order confirmation. In the event if you do not receive any confirmation after 24 hours from payment, please contact our Customer Service through enquiries@catandthefiddle.com.
During checkout, you can apply coupons and vouchers by entering the respective codes and clicking 'Apply'. Please note that for most coupons and vouchers, customers will need to log in before they can be successfully applied.
If you attempt to apply two different discount codes on the Checkout page, the system will automatically select and apply the better discount to your order. It's important to note that our discounts cannot be stacked or combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or privileges. However, you can use the free delivery discount code in conjunction with other offers.
As of March 24, 2023, Cat Dollars has been discontinued.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
We do not accept cash on delivery. Payment must be completed online as the final step of the Checkout process using Credit/Debit Card, American Express, or PayNow.
Please note, an order is considered completed only upon successful payment.

Delivery & Collection
Yes, we do deliver to Sentosa Island & Tuas with a fixed delivery charge of $25.90.
If you mistakenly select 'Regular Delivery' or 'Flexi Delivery' for a delivery address that is actually in Sentosa or Tuas, you will be required to cover the additional $25.90 fixed delivery charge for these areas.
We deliver to all locations except for Jurong Island, restricted airline and cargo areas (such as airport cargo complexes and airline roads), and other locations that are not on mainland Singapore.
You can place an order up to 30 days in advance of your desired Delivery or Self Collection date for your convenience. During Checkout, you'll have the option to select your preferred delivery or collection time from the available dates and timeslots.
For in-stock items that do not require lead-time, you can place your order before 5:00 pm, one (1) day before your desired delivery date.
After placing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not see the confirmation in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
Collection is free of charge. Our delivery charges vary depending on the chosen timing and can be viewed on our Delivery and Pickup page.
For deliveries to Sentosa Island, there is an fixed charge of $25.90.
In the event that no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time, we will send an email notification to the sender's provided email address. The recipient will then have the option to arrange for re-delivery or opt for self-collection. Please note, re-delivery charges of $10.90 (Next Day) will apply to all re-deliveries and are subject to driver availability.
Once an order is confirmed, we generally cannot make changes to the delivery address and timing. It's crucial that someone is available at your delivery address to receive the cake. While we will do our best to accommodate requests to amend an order, please note that this may incur a $10.90 amendment fee.
If there is no one available at the address during the scheduled delivery time, our delivery personnel will call the phone number provided in the order and wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. Please understand that our delivery schedule requires promptness to ensure timely service to other locations.
If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, we will send an email to the recipient. They will then have the option to arrange for re-delivery or opt for self-collection. Re-delivery charges will apply based on your preferred delivery option.
Our delivery timeslots are as follows:
- Regular Delivery: 9AM - 3PM or 1PM - 7PM
- Flexi Delivery & Sentosa/Tuas Delivery: 10AM - 12PM, 12PM - 2PM, or 3PM - 5PM
- Same Day Delivery: 12PM - 2PM or 3PM - 5PM
If you wish to request a specific delivery time, it will depend on the driver’s availability and delivery route. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee it.

You can collect your online orders on the same day only at our HQ office near Taiseng.
Please note that online orders cannot be collected at our retail outlets on the same day of purchase. However, you are welcome to visit any of our retail stores or cafes to purchase a cheesecake directly.
For online orders intended for retail collection, please ensure you place your order at least 1 day in advance, before 5pm. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us at enquiries@catandthefiddle.com for assistance.
Self-collection can be arranged at both our office and retail stores:
1. HQ Office:

- Public Transport Instructions: Alight at Tai Seng MRT station (Circle Line) Exit A and follow directions using Google Maps or another mapping application.

No, orders cannot be split. All cakes from the same order must be delivered or collected on the same day and at the same location.

Amendments, Cancellation, Refund & Exchange
Orders can be cancelled or amended if done at least 36 hours ahead of the scheduled Collection or Delivery date. Please contact our Customer Service team at +65 6287 0077 or enquiries@catandthefiddle.com for assistance.
Please note:
- The value of the cancelled or amended order will be credited as a cash e-voucher code linked to the purchaser's Cat & the Fiddle Account.
- Refunds will not be issued directly.
- A cancellation or amendment may incur an administrative charge of $10.90 (including GST).
Please contact our Customer Service team at +65 6287 0077 to inquire about the status of your delivery. Our Customer Service Officers will investigate the situation and, if it is confirmed that the delivery was not successfully made to you, a refund will be provided.
However, if it is determined that no one was available at the delivery location during the allocated time slot to accept the delivery, no refund will be provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the specified delivery time to avoid any issues.
To change your self-collection date and time, please contact our Customer Service team at +65 6287 0077 at least 36 hours in advance from the initial collection date. It is important to notify us within this timeframe to accommodate any necessary adjustments.
Please note:
- If we do not receive any notification, all uncollected orders will be disposed of within 2 days from the date of the original collection date.
- Refunds and exchanges are not available for uncollected orders.
- If we do not receive change notification in advance, we reserve the right not to release your order.

Once the product has been delivered or collected, no refund or exchange will be provided. Please ensure to check your order thoroughly upon receipt to ensure satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding.
Please ensure to check the cheesecake(s) upon collection or delivery. Once the cakes have been delivered or collected, we cannot take responsibility for any damage reported after 24 hours from collection or delivery.
If you notice any damage to the cheesecakes, kindly take photo(s) of the damage and keep the actual cake in its original box with the label and batch code intact. These items will need to be returned to us for further investigation.
