National Day is here, and so are the limited-edition treats that food lovers look forward to every year.
Singapore is gearing up to mark its 61st National Day, and homegrown cheesecake specialist Cat & the Fiddle is joining the celebrations with a deliciously nostalgic lineup.
Leading the release is the new Ice Kacang Cheesecake (S$48.90 whole / S$6.90 slice), a chilled tribute to the beloved hawker shaved-ice classic. The creation features red bean gula melaka cheese mousse, pandan jelly, sweet corn, and a rose-infused sponge, bringing together familiar local flavours with a creamy cheesecake twist.
Alongside it is the Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake (S$52.90 whole / S$6.90 slice), a tangy, berry-filled creation inspired by the traditional pushcart ice cream uncles. Both halal-certified cheesecakes pair rich New York-style cheese mousse with nostalgic flavours reminiscent of childhood favourites.
To add more sweetness to the celebrations, Cat & the Fiddle will also be running a National Day promotion from 1 to 9 August 2026, offering 61% off a second cheesecake with the purchase of at least one of the new patriotic flavours.
